Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim is a seasoned professional with expertise in civil, commercial, economic, administrative, financial, intellectual property, and sports litigations before both the judiciary and arbitration forums. In his role as the Head of the Litigations and Dispute Resolution Department, Mr. Ibrahim diligently directs and oversees the spectrum of litigations, ensuring comprehensive management of the department’s affairs.

In addition to his supervisory responsibilities, Mr. Ibrahim serves as a skilled mediator, adept at facilitating negotiations with involved parties to achieve mutually agreeable settlements. His role extends to the reassessment and renegotiation of agreements, aimed at resolving disputes amicably.
