Mr. Ahmed Yaseen, serving as Of Counsel, contributes an extensive legal background to seamlessly integrate business, commercial, and financial aspects. His practice focuses on developing optimal business modules for our clients.
Mr. Ahmed possesses a comprehensive understanding of Corporate, Financing, Private Equity, and Venture Capitals. His expertise encompasses Project Financing, Banking, Finance (Leasing, Factoring, Reverse-Factoring, Securitization, Asset-Backed & Debt-Backed Funding & Mortgage Finance), Private Equity & Venture Capital, Capital markets, Commercial, Corporate Practices, Business setup, Restructuring, Multimodal Transport, White Collar, M&A, PPP/PFI Supply chain pes & vcs Investment, and related contracts to corporate deals. He is proficient in drafting various agreements, including SPAs, Subscription Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, and conducting Due Diligence Reports.
Additionally, Ahmed is a faculty member at the British University in Egypt and Ain Shams Arbitration Centre, where he imparts lectures on Commercial, Corporate, Civil & Common, and Contracts Law. He has collaborated with the Arbitration Team in various cases before the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) and the Court for Arbitration of Sports (CAS).
