Ms. Doaa Raouf is a seasoned professional specializing in legal business transactions, encompassing business start-ups, corporate and commercial transactions, corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, due diligence, and legal risk assessment. She possesses extensive expertise in managing the entire business deal life cycle, including formatting, execution, and providing support services. Ms. Raouf is proficient in all aspects of contract drafting, reviewing, and redrafting across various business sectors, including but not limited to Investment, Construction, Real Estate, and agreements such as MOA, SHA, NDA, MOU, SPA, stocks sale, intercompany shares, loans, know-how licenses (local and international), and technology import/export.

Her proficiency extends to corporate management, covering business modules, start-ups, incorporation, operational matters, general assembly meetings (ordinary and extraordinary), board meetings, and other pertinent legal practices.
